Great looking, working 50's era gas stove. Four burners with center griddle, cover lifts off to reveal griddle. All knobs intact. Classic color great for any retro kitchen project. I just can't take it to the dump...someone rescue it please! $250.00 OBO.

Oh, my goodness,

Will, that is a beautiful Kenmore stove with the griddle in the center. Just lovely.

Thank you, Lisa. Sadly, it's missing the griddle pan, but it is lovely. It came with my 1958 rancher. The previous (original) owners had a huge garden and hooked it up in the garage to can their crop. Based on my research it's a 1958 model and it's the same model seen in the Bunker's kitchen for the first several years of All in the Family. One day, I want to find a parts range that has better cast iron grates over the burners, another oven rack for the main oven, and a pan for the broiler, that elusive griddle, knobs with the silver insert, etc... Despite these cosmetics, it still cooks well and I use it mostly during the summer months to cook on to keep the heat out of the house. I haven't used it much this year do to storage issues, but that's another story.
