The washer finished previous cycle completely, then I have a very weird problem as :

- While plugging , the washer shows no LED at all no matter what button is pressed.
I try to swap both motor and machine control boards that I bought and nothing is on still.
LED pannel is working fine with appropriate test .

- Now, here is the weird part : As soon as I unplug the wire connected to Flood switch, the machine shows FL code and beep, and pump drains . Replug the wire , press STOP to clear/reset the FL code, and nothing shows again.

- So, I thought the FL switch is bad, I take it out, and short the 2 wires to bypass it. Samething happens, nothing shows on LED pannel. Again, as soon as I unplug the wire of the FL switch to control board or to FL switch, FL code will show and pump will drain .

- I measure the voltage when unplugging the FL switch , it s 110V . But, when I short them to bypass, there is no voltage at all.

So, I do not think the FL switch is bad ( will order one to test anyway ) but I cant think of any reason why it does not work when the FL swich is connect or shorted to bypass Any idea?. TIA

PS: Today, I open the Flood Switch, it is really a simple switch On,Off . On = continuing circuit, and Off = Open circuit which will trigger the FL and pump drains . That makes sense when I unplug the Flood switch and FL shown + pump drains.

While I do not know that machine, your results suggest that the flood switch has failed in the closed (flooded) condition.
