Hi Folks,
I was just browsing through one of the local second-hand furniture stores near home yesterday and you will not believe what I saw on show, he had a Frigidaire Imperial 2000 top loader for sale, it looked like an impressive type of unit with quite a large loking capacity with just a couple of simple rotary controls on it,quite a large agitator which had straight vanes on the bottom half and a swirly looking bit on the top part of the agitator and a large saucer shaped fabric softener dispenser on top.
Would any of our U.S.A. friends have any knowledge of this particular model, was it actually made on the year 2000,or is that just a serial number.
Cheers.
Steve.

Hi Steve,

What colour is the control panel? Black with Gold highlights? And what about the tub? White plastic??

If so, Myer sold these for a very "short" time in the 90's. These machines are the ones where WCI bought out Frigidaire...if i'm not mistaken.
