Hello everybody. This is GELaundry4ever. I am new to discuss-o-mat. I was wondering about the laundry pairs from GE. I have seen that the washer says dark colors, whites, normal/light colors, and jeans for the 4 sturdy cottons cycles. What experiences have you had with this laundry pair? I understand that the delicates and dark colors cycles are cold wash cycles. What is the RPM for the spin speed for the dark colors cycle and what is the agitation arc for it? As for the dryer, have clothes come out dry or have they came out a little damp? If you have had any experience, please let me know. Thanks. Have a happy Thanksgiving and laundry day.

I think only one member had the HE top loader. There's no word on spin speed or agitation arc - not even in the service manual. Reviewed.com said the dryer got clothes completely dry on the Normal cycle.

darks cycle

I have seen the descriptions of the darks cycle saying that it's for non-colorfast cottons and blends, so I'm guessing it's for sturdy cottons, correct? Is it possible that the medium speed spin will go at its highest speed?

sturdy cottons

Most of my clothes are heavy and dark. Can the darks cycle take on my heavy dark clothes?
