Hey all,

I think you may remember me from 2012, when I first joined, the reason for my long-extended absence was due to family issues, what with my Grandad passing away in Feb 2012 and then my Nan sort of went off on one with me and my Mum and have spent the last of that year getting back to normal, but all is ok now and I can focus on my interests again, like I wanted to.

I have been viewing this thread for quite some time, and actually found some of my childhood TV shows have some interesting washing machines in them, so I'll add them to my next reply, but I am just so glad to be back on AW.org again, even though I do not have a collection as I live in a small house, I do have a Miele W562 though (not so interesting IMO, but we'll see), however I am over on Vacuumland as 'NumaticBasil' if you want to see some of my Numatic collection.

Thank you all for your support and I look forward to chatting with you all again and maybe at some point attending a wash-in.

I will also be less 'excited' than I used to be on here, like I used to go off topic a little and talk too fast with too much excitement on here, guess I wasn't really myself back then..but anyway, enough dwelling on the past, let's focus on some washers then...

this is an open thread, if you feel like posting any of your recent additions or anything, go ahead, maybe we could have a post on Hotpoint 95 Series or something..

Thank you all and it's good to be back,

Brandon :')

Not much, but here is my only washer at home, has served us well for the past 6 years nearly (brought January 2009, so it's the longest running one yet). Miele Prestige Plus 6 W562 (1300rpm).

..not my pic....

Oh and please ignore part of the first message (about childhood TV shows), this post was originally intended for the 'Washing on TV' thread, but I decided to create a new thread.

Thanks.

Brandon.
