Both the thermostats and the element tested fine and the timer acts like it it ok. | ||

So, do you have a meter to check the continuity of the heater circuit through each component? Do you know how to do this? That's how you find the bad link and fix this issue.

I can check it out but if anything electrical needs replaced I'll have to talk to the landlord about it since i'm renting the house. | ||
