Hey everybody,

Guess what? I landed a part time gig helping out an estate sale company in my area. This could be dangerous. Anyways, my boss has agreed to let me try to sell a few of the items here for anyone interested. If not I do understand. Forgive the mess, these shots were taken as we are cleaning up.

First, there is a mint condition early 70s G.E. dishwasher. $150 o.b.o.

Second, we have a used, but nice G.E. drop-in with matching range hood. $100 o.b.o.

Third, we have a very nice JVC Nivico from the era before they were importing to the United States. $100 o.b.o.

Pretty cool pieces huh? Anyway, as I mentioned, all prices are "or best offer". The house has to be emptied by mid-March, so make a resonable offer and save these babies!

Cool job. I couldn't do it, too much of a teaser and not easy to be discriminatory. LOL!

That JVC reminds me - if you come across any nice Magnavox Imperials or RCA Orthophonic console,
be sure to let us know, but let me know first. LOL!

Best wishes on your adventures, as they're sure to be.

Phil

I know you would, Will and that's why I said that with "tongue in cheek"…and like I said…should prove to be QUITE an adventure and fun. I'll try not to feel sorry for you when choices became painful for you. LOL.

The Range Is....

danemodsandy's profile picture
....A JM 73 Deluxe model; it's pictured in the 1971 full-line catalog. It was the least expensive Mark 27 range with P*7 self-cleaning that year. It has the three small/one large burner configuration, and pushbutton burner controls. It may have been a short-lived model; it's not in the '72 catalog.

In common with all other Mark 27 ranges from 1971 - including the TOL JM 97 and JM 99 - the JM 73 does not have Sensi-Temp, and there is only one appliance outlet, which is not a timed outlet.

The one in the photo above looks to be in good shape. Having the matching GE range hood (a JV 31) included in the deal is a real plus.

I hope this one finds a home!

Intrigued by the color change but....

We had that exact model dishwasher for a few years until my Parents sold the house. Worst GE dishwasher I've ever used. Noisy, pitiful cleaner and the racks where afterthoughts. This model converted my Parents (GE stockholders) to KitchenAid customers 'til the end.

Hey everyone. I may have a buyer for the dishwasher, depending on what they work out for shipping, but time is slipping away for the other two. They have to be out of the house before March 1. If anyone desires them I may be able to hold temporarily, but they need to go. Let me know.

Will why do they want to get rid of the stove?, I guess they are installing a whole new kitchen.

The house is being sold and flipped. A buyer is in line and plans to gut the whole place. The modern washer, dryer, and refrigerator already sold. The stove and vent hood are all that's left. A restore fate at best or a crusher at worst awaits them. The stereo is also available, but it will go to goodwill or the like if it doesn't sell in the sale.
