I botched mine awhile ago, hoping someone up here has another with a nice clear/clean surface. This isn't urgent...but would like to have a replacement. Pic of what I need is below:

How do you want it?

With or without the whole door? Pics were taken up in the pretty dark attic and with a crappy phone camera. If you want better ones let me know.

I think I have one literally hanging around.  Let me check and I'll report back.

Thanks, guys!

stevet: all I need is the acrylic panel itself. I melted a section of mine (don't ask...!). If it's a huge hassle to remove that piece for me, no worries--I will see if Ralph finds that one of his "hanging around" and go from there. Either way, glad to know I can actually get hold of one without going after another complete machine!

Best,
Allen

Here's what I have.

You can see an area at the top edge with minor pitting of sorts in the finish.  The cosmic looking residue on the far right is just surface dirt of some kind.

If you want it, it's yours.
