Ran across it at a thrift shop in western New Jersey yesterday. Pretty decent condition. Gas. My guess mid 1970's. $75.00

Looks like a Hoover? Made for Blackstone or by Blackstone. I remember their washers were real similar too.

Yes, mid-70s. Fairly basic gas dryer. Easy to fix, unless the metal was worn out on the drum (where it rides on the front or back bearings). Start it up, see if it runs quietly, without scraping metal-to-metal. We sold and serviced many of these models, but not many avocado ones.

I believe Blackstone manufactured the Hoover full size washers and dryers. I also don't recall that Hoover full size automatics were around very long. I think Consumer Reports only reported on them for one or two years. But then not sure how much longer Blackstone was around after the early - mid 70's.

I've never seen Hoover full size machines.
