somebody was serious about laundry......if it wasn't for all the Neptunes, this is something I would consider, then again, I would still want two of each....if anything, especially the dryer....CAPACITY!

I have always thought that Wascomats were nice looking well made machines. The washer looks to be a Generation 6 W-series machine in 30 LB capacity. If someone does go for it just make sure you build a heavy enough base under it. Otherwise the thing will literally go into orbit.

I don't get the part where the owner taped the machine so it wouldn't be used. It seems that there is just tape on the front panel & sides. It doesn't look like it would prevent anyone from using the machine.

This was the type of Wascomat that we had in our local Chinese owned coin op. They were replaced last year with the newer digital models. These do use a generous amount of water to wash.

That washer has to be at least 10 years old. I would think the price would be lower than what they are asking.
