Got a question, Our local Connecticut trader newspaper has an ad for a free, working Magic Chef washer from the 1960's. Could it really be a solid tub???? I cannot place or remember such a washine machine. I'm going to contact the owner, and see the machine. I'm thinking it's really a 20lbs.1980's machine. Robert, great pictures of the farm. It was a once in a life time experience, I'm glad I was there. thanks for the memories.

The Magic Chef name wasn't used on washers until the late 70's or early 80's so that would be a Norge design anyway.
