I saw these at an estate sale this weekend. Thought maybe someone here would have some idea of what they're about, or remember them!

Ron, do you have the Wolverine crank H-axis and the Ideal Maytag wringer windup miniature? The Ideal windup dishwasher? I had those as a kid, love to see them again. Love to have one, just missed the dishwasher on ebay a couple years ago.

The pictured ones, never saw. Did own a battery H-axis. It worked but VERY prone to rust.

I have a version of the washer to the left, it has a little crank and is white. It also has a fauz hose out the back and when you crank the handle the little agi goes back and forth. It's cute, and I've noticed several different versions of them.

They are cure in pink.

where oh where...

Around 1960-63 I swear I saw a toy automatic washer at Christmas time in a grocery store. Next to big toy tanks, trucks, other flashy toys. The washer was about twice as big as the crank or battery powered Wolverine washers(I had about 4 of those over the years).

This bigger washer had a white perforated tub, black agitator and console similar to real washers. I WANTED one!! But Santa thought otherwise. I've never seen it since.

I think ''DeLuxe'' may have made this machine. I've searched online ad infinitum with no luck.

Has ANYONE seen this cool, bigger, realistic toy automatic or was I dreaming?

Wow. That is the size and is a very cool machine! But,alas, the one I remember had a back/forth agi. Thanks for the response and pic!

There is currently one with the back and forth agitator of the size I posted on ebay for sale. I believe, however, that it's "pick up only."

Check it out.
