KDC-14 had only a large lever for locking the door with the start button/lever above it.  Looked almost exactly like the KD-12 but with a full-width door instead of the mullions and side start button/light on the right.

I love the style on the 14 series; I have a 15 series awaiting installation, but I would so trade it for a 14 series!
