It reminds me of the hand dryer that F&P came out with a few years ago. If it operates like that, food will be on the walls and floor.

I like the Dyson air-blade hand dryer

for drying. Sam's club has them in the restrooms, really fast dryers. Unfortunately they didn't quite think through the disposal of the water it strips off your hands. Most of it is dripping on the floor.

The new Dyson Airblade Tap looks like they tried to control where the blow off water goes. It is the faucet and drier all in one with dual-use IR sensing.

Looks pretty too!

I'd almost consider one for home but WOW are they 'spensive. And I'd have to admit I bought something from Dyson...
