I can't believe that someone hasn't jumped on this machine!

Someone should definitely grab this. The exterior looks good just wonder what's "under the hood" so to speak?

I second that - these machines don't turn up every day...  However the original pulsator may be in poor condition, hence why there's no 'money shot'.

Was struck by how much CR *really* disliked that Frigidaire washing machine. *LOL*

They did through the unit a bone saying cleaning performance was rather good but that couldn't make up for the tangled mess it made of laundry.

So thats the culprit in an ad in a 1950's B&G magazine that called the tangled wash pile "Whipped Wash!"I used a Frigidaire machine breifly-at my brothers house -if you LOADED it according to the directions on the lid-no problems.Guess CU didn't read and follow the directions on the lid?I also replaced the timer in his machine.

I don't think under lid instructions (with the visual quadrants) was featured on Frigidaire washers until at least 1957, if not 1958. I know through the 1955 year for sure.
