I'm pretty sure that's a 1957 range.  The model number seems to indicate 302P; with "P" indicating 1957.  Also, that funky clock was a carry-over from the previous models - an easy way for GE to add a clock to a non-clock model.  I don't think they continued that arrangement into the 1958 model year.

Nice range with a full-width light and an oven light; in clean condition.

The timer is on the left, not the right as you look at the front of the range, unless they time things with the phone and it is some add on, not original equipment. I wonder if it was added because the clock/minute timer stopped working. I guess that exhaust fan is big enough for most any situation.

I believe the Target Timer refers to the round clock with start and stop time knobs at the 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock positions for setting the oven for time bake operation as well as a minute timer operated by the knob in the center. I was talking about the rectangular thing with the two white plastic knobs on the far left that is far newer than the range as being something added on.

I have to say that for a budget model, it is unusual to have a 2600 watt surface unit.
