Save me please!!! Must be some of the first ones with the loading diagram on the door. The dispenser has a slide door and its not of Bakelite material. This must be the last model of the push button design with these features that followed the timer dial control. What is up with the ceramic garbage disposal?

I never knew this first generation of spin tubes had a model with rinse agent, graphics on the door, and dual wash detergent dispenser. Yep, this needs to be saved. Must have been the last of the series right before the change that resulted in different racks and the huge timer dial on the door in 1960 or 1961. I wonder if the cycle sequence/times is any different than the dual wash models that were sold after the big style redesign. |

I have to voice my suspicion about this model, too, Bob. |

Welcome to the site, Jason and congratulations on saving this wonderful dishwasher/sink combination.
It is very likely that the fill valve for the dishwasher is clogged - it happens pretty often when a dishwasher of this vintage is used, then stored. The good news is that these valves can be disassembled and cleaned easily enough. A little CLR can bring them back to life! In a very worst-case scenario, you could replace the valve, but do try cleaning it first. I'm attaching a photo of how I retro-fitted a modern GE dishwasher valve on my '58 Spin-Tube, in case you need to replace yours...
And, yes, please do share pictures of your kitchen with us!!
