Hey does anyone know the make and/or date of this washer? picked it up from a guy locally. I'm guessing late 40s early 50s? Not sure. I've been picking at it and managed to get the pump working again. Now I can start making it look pretty..ish. Would love to know more about this model. Any ideas?? thanks!

"Full skirt" models - 1950s

I'm not exactly sure when G.E. went to a "full skirt" base, but I assume that it would have been about the same time as the other manufacturers, in the early '50s. I've included a link to a thread here on AW.org, showing an instruction booklet from the '50s.

I've attached a pic of the 1940s model, showing the long-legged base (my favorite.)
