I had one about the same year. Great machine for cleaning. Another rust place to watch for that eventually ruined mine was the 2 screws that are on the bottom of the door can wear through the porcelain and it will leak there. Only downside is a long or short heated dry. I would set a timer for 22 minutes on normal wash, hit cancel drain, open the door, spin the roto rack and as soon as you could handle the heat from the dishes, they were dry enough to put away.

Thank you Kenmoreman, I think I'll go ahead and get it- it will be fun fixing and cleaning her up as long as I can convince hubs this is my new toy and not his. I'm sure I'll have more questions lol..thank you all cheryl |
