Neighbors 3 year old Cabrio w/agitator.
F1 Code...Board.
First, though, cleaned water level housing/tube.
With only hot water washes...no F1...but with cold hooked up...F1 3 to 5 times at each fill before completion.
Board, Clean Washer and Tub Top, Clean Screens, Test.
$260.00
One of the finest modesl of the Cabrio's out there... WXW6200xxx thru 6700's.
Oh, was very clean for average customer; however, the softner had never had anything but straight downy.
I pulled it after running 155° water thru it...and this was what was LEFT after I scooped it out with my fingers.
Didn't know about the time limit on posting...its later...now the others...
Another 4 year old Cabrio Imeller Sytle w/ the bolt half out of the bottom shaft, and Rotor Flopping Around!
Bearings so bad the tub will spin only slightly before seizing...throwing the immeditate F51.
Horrible model...no spin without a rinse.
$235.00
Bearings, seals, shaft, impeller, Rotor sensor.
And a heck of a cleaning.
Next a Custom job for Farmers like us.
A good Maytag, lid removed, later style agitator (dual-action) Tall...1 inlet connected only to hot on the COLD.
The other inlet has the hose brought around for rinsing the top/hands of operator.
It will be paired with a modified Cabrio impeller style also only hooked to HOT, and will be the Rinse Machine.
These are used to wash nylon Seed Bags....Hundreds a Day.
They must be washed and rinsed in HOT water to collapse the material, and all done by Hand.
You start bother washers...and run Tide w/Chlorine Bleach in the Maytag.
Lid open on the Cabrio, Hot Wash Bulky, Downey, a little bleach, and you wash 15 bags at a time in the Maytag, lift over the Cabrio for Rinse, and lift out to Hang Dry. You Wash 15 bags every 3 minutes...that's all it takes.
1000.00 for this setup,...and a waiting list.
Limiting factor: finding the Maytags, then overhauling them.
The next is a Maytag Atlantis.
Bad belt, water pump bearings, snubber felt.
Pads, Belt, and Pump, plus one heck of a clean up of that plastic tub.
