Looks like something chewed on the right side of the main oven door. Teething?

I don't know what they mean by very clean, but they must not have been looking at the surface units when they added "very." It looks like the right front surface unit position is ready for a wok element. The upper rack in the main oven with the little M loop is the frame for the rotisserie. It has no other use since it is an empty frame. Below that is the crank up and down rack for fine adjusting the distance from the broiler. The second rack for the main oven is in the companion oven.

It looks like whoever had it used it carefully like they loved it.

Head Banger party that went bad?

Tom, good catch, I missed that nasty chip on the right oven door. A shame, it's really nice otherwise.
