Hi guys

Last year I bought a Miele W1 washer (WKH120 WPS) and matching heat pump T1 dryer (TKG440 WP).  The washing machine is great.  The dryer is also good except when drying bedding.  Well, it dries my massive, thick king-size comforter (which I use as a duvet) no problem, but it balls up covers and sheets.

The dryer always reverses for 10 seconds every 5 minutes.  The bedding gets tangled and needs to be reloaded several times during drying.  I spoke to Customer Service several times last year and had a tech out to update the software once the update had been released.  It is still tangling the bedding just as before.

Is anyone else aware of this issue with these dryers?  I have asked Miele if it is possible that the dryer can be programmed with a custom program for me that will reverse more often but I was told no.  I guess all I can do is get the tech here again.  I wondered if anyone else had had more success.
