Hi guys I have an enquiry about bearings on wma washing machines.
At work we have 5 or 6 wma based machines that currently need bearings. We simply do not like reusing 30mm tubs because these are the previous bearings that were prone for failing after not long at all.
However, new wma back halfs have become only sold to order due to the number of wma style machines still around, therefore making them a lot more expensive from our suppliers.
Currently we have awaiting bearings, a wf430, wf445, wma30, few12, wma22 and a creda 1200 spin model.
What I'm getting as is that we will let 30mm drums go back out but only on 1000 and 1100 machines, and I was wondering wether there was a way without taking the pulleys off wether the drum will have a 30 or a 35mm shaft. We have used all the spares we had of the 35mm's due to the amount we got in originally with 30mm.
My question: is there certain models that do and don't have the 35mm shafts already, or is it before/ after a certain time that they have a 35mm shaft so I know the situation. Because I can't use a 30mm tub in a 1400/1600 machine but will happily swAp it with a 35mm out of a 1000 rpm machine.
