I guess the normal cycle uses medium heat for sturdy fabrics. Also, what type of blower fan motors do the lg's use? Could it be a squirrel cage? Please explain. How does the lg dryer achieve the medium heat on the normal cycle on the electric models? |

If your LG dryer has an Antibacterial option, select it, this will give you Sensor dry with High heat. On mine I can't set the Dryness level at any selection other than Ex Dry when I use this cycle. I programmed this cycle so I just press the Custom Prog button, then Start, in way less than the projected dry time that shows when the cycle begins, the clothes are dry. I found this work around by accident, in the owners manual they don't even refer to the Antibactirial option.
