I just posted the 1959 GE Home Laundry Product Man to the Ephemera Library. What is unusual about this year was they reprinted all of the 1960 GE Washer Lines Operating Instruction Cards that were packed in every machine! The BOL machine is adorable to say the least.

And who, may I ask, was the provenance of this fabulous document?
... laughed out loud when I came to the "Meet your new GE Washer..." sheet on model WA602T. Always a treat when they actually produced literature on their bizarre odd-balls (I guess no one bothered to look at the machine).

I just posted the 1958 GE Home Laundry Product Man to the Ephemera Library. The cover highlights plastic washing machine covers. I can't think of a worse thing to do to an automatic washer than to keep the moisture locked in and not letting the machine breath, lol!
