That's just like Kevins stove.

Did Kevin's range break out of storage?

7 heat surface units and 9 shelf positions in the very clean oven. I can see that there is an open coil broiling element. I wonder if under the baffles for the bake element there are open coils or sealed rod units. What a range!

The best way to understand or explain those heats is that you have Hi, Medium and Warm plus two different medium highs and two different lows.

Here's a closer look at this model through a cottage stove exchange a couple of years ago. For some reason, the stove for sale in Omaha has it's oven door handle on upside down.

Cool stove

Nice to see that, back then, the spelling of "fluorescent" was still sometimes elusive. :-)

Maybe the massaging effect of rubbing against the inverted handle as you whisked flour into the drippings to make a lump-free gravy made cooking more pleasurable. The family wondered why every meal had either gravy or Hollandaise Sauce on something. There might have been a similar handle mounted on the front of the sink suitable for slow, gentle washing of dishes or brisk scouring of pans.
