Hi everyone.
I was interested in a circuit diagram of a HotPoint speed controller module.
Particularly, I am interested in analog ones (TRIAC-based modules), so if you coul help me out, it would be great.

Thanks in advance.

Buonasera!>>E686X...

Are you talking about the motor controller in Candy, Hotpoint circa 80's/90's, like this??

Hello There

You nailed it!
It's exactly what i was looking for.
Has anybody got a circuit diagram?
I'd like to replicate this board, since open loop phase angle circuits don't allow a constant speed.

Well, that's about all the help for now...

Hey Man,

Long Day, got to check here earlier, but no time for posting.

Well, I am glad we narrowed it down; my (great?) uncle was in the biz, has passed, and I got most of his inventory, and books...crates of books...

I haven't had time nor will I soon, to Look>>

That's why I put the link about others talking about some of those machines...Maybe they can help find a diagram.

I do know that was supposed to be a good controller, and easy to adapt to other applications, but that is about all.

I'll keep in touch if I get anything on this end,

LaVidaBoem

Hi!

Found anything?
Anything that has to do with closed loop analog control of brushed moor will do, really, not being picky here.

Hoover modules or newer ones would also be fine.

Well Shucks Partner...

Looks like a did backstep on you...

Sorry about that.

Hadn't had the time, but I'll see what I can do over the weekend.

I need a break from some of this anyway!

Take care,

Happy New Year,

How is the research going?

Even SESA Machine modules would work fine, even modern ones would be fine, as long as they don't have a microcontroller on them.
