What happened to the '68KM 518 that you got last march? Was the machine trashed? couldn't be saved?

Hi Rich,

The 518 did run, surprisingly, but the machine itself suffered from horrible hard water/mineral deposits (actually mineral SHEETS in the outer tub) as well as centerpost rust. I did save the panel and used it on the Frankenmore.
