Don't you just love that reasoning?  "Fridge needed replaced and just went with all new appliances"

 

Kinda like needing a set of tires for your car and just trading cars instead.....

Look at how clean that tub is. Someone needs to get this just so they can shoot a look of disapproval on these clowns.

From the pictures I doubt they use the dw enough to notice a difference in performance.  The KA is so pristine I think they mostly wash by hand.

Well, Thank God they don't use the machine as Drain Rack.

 

I picked up a KDS-18 about 6-7 years ago that was used exactly for that. The sump was rusted through, the motor was seized, and it smelled to high heaven. I got it for free, kept all the good parts and scrapped it. 

 

It's a Very Sad Day when you have to put a KDS-18 Down and Out of it's Misery.

 

Oh wait... I forgot... "Somebody Save this !!!"LOL

 

I would except I now have 3 KDS-18s and 3 boxes of parts. So, I'm good for the rest of my life.
