As the little engineer that I am, it has become a wonder if anyone out there has placed a newer washplate from something similar to a Maytag Bravos XL and putting it into an older two speed helical drive Maytag or a speed queen washer with a longer arch? I feel like this would be a good cleaning machine, but can allow for a lot of flexibility within types of loads w/o having less durability and quality. I'm sure I will get a lot of backlash about this, but I'm wondering if it is even a possibility for making an adapter to fit into any other machine. Just my curiosity.
