Stumbled on this a month or so back, don't know if anyone else here uses these, but I find them to be a great addition to my kitchen.  Yes, they are those blue shop paper towels.  They hold up VERY well to hard use and when they get too dirty, toss them.  I treat them just as I did my cloth dish rags, great for wiping the countertop, washing poets and pans, scrubbing the sink.  $3 roll, lasts a couple of months for me.

I remember some called "Job Squad" that were this same thing, only I think there were other colors in addition to blue...but that was a long time ago. I keep a roll of this kind in the trunks of our 3 vehicles...love 'em.

I generally use 2 sheets,  sometimes they split apart, mostly not.  End of the day, in the trash they go, start fresh in the AM.
