Now, is that really turquoise or sea foam? It's quite...uh...very....uh...(lost for words).

Beautiful in that color.

Beautiful...

But oh boy the electrical nightmares that could be lurking, I would love one of these tol ranges, if I thought I could get everything operational.

Phil, GE never had a Seafoam color in their own line. Their Hotpoint division did have Seafoam Blue for a few years in the mid 50's, but it was more of a blue color.

Thanks guys

Lawrence and Tom - thank you for clarifying. This turquoise looks more appealing than some of the other turquoise's that I've seen. Seafoam really agrees with me.
That stove would be nice in any color...was black offered? I thought I saw a black one for sale recently.

I think

Frigidaire and Chambers were the only 2 to offer a black range...Well, Frigidaire called theirs charcoal, but it really to me looks like a blue black color.GE offered Pink, Coppertone, Yellow, Turquoise and WoodTone Brown....Did I miss any guys.Oh yeah, Cadet Blue!!!

Not far from me, perhaps 20 mins. An electric range, very rare here in NYC.

That are of Brooklyn

Is Park Slope/Prospect Heights it seems. A hot bed of development and "transplants" and others are purchasing old brownstones/townhouses and renovating, which could explain this range.

As noted it is rare to see electric ranges in NYC due to our insane rates. Wonder why original owners chose this unit over gas. Still it would be good if new owners wanted to install a Miele 220v washer, as the lines are already there! *LOL*

Looks like the Coppertone one John L brought me back in 85'. Americana. Rotisserie, meat probe, three length s SensiTemp front burner, two plug in outlets. One timed and the other manual, automatic P7 plus. You may remove the left, right, rear and bottom panels in the smaller oven to clean in the bigger one. Loved it .
