The cutlery drawer looks like the one used by Amica in Europe.

I find it odd that it has an exposed heating element. I thought that Euro models all had concealed elements.

What is that thing on the bottom of the tub in the rear left?

A small extra wash arm, activated using the Power Zone button. The lesser of the two models also has a food disposer.
