I mean everyone goes on about Kenmore or "Lady" Kenmore wringers, but IIRC most of those were rebadged Whirlpool machines. Interesting WP seems to have been one of the big players to leave the wringer market, early 1970's is when the last model production ended IIRC. Speed Queen and of course Maytag would go on for about another decade more or less. |
