Its HEAVY and really works well, 2 speed, 1957.

Thanks for the information.  I've seen this one before and wondered about the date.  I have a cream-and-yellow/gold one of the same design, from either late 1959 or early 1960.  It was Mom's and she bought it after we moved to Seymour Johnson in July 1959.  I have wondered how the pink version compared to the yellow version datewise.

I used a similar GE model with krud kutter on our 50 yo linoleum. The previous owner came over got on her hands and knees to scrutinize and said these floors have never been clean and only this clean the day they installed it. Love those scrubbers!

Yep - headlight.  And as far as I know, the one in my polisher has never been replaced in over 50 years.
