Picked up a matching GE set about a week ago. The washer is WCVH6800J2 WW It does a great job, so far, runs quiet, no problems. Can't decide if I should retire the Maytag DC's in favor of the GE's.

Aren't those the Chinese-made disasters (little swan?) that replaced the Frigemore?

Chinese GE FL Washers

These are not terrible washers, and compared to an old MT DC washers they are a great improvement, they are sort of like a Huyndi car, basically a copy of the other good FL washers on the market, and while they are certainly not better they are not much worse, LOL.

But overall for anyone seriously interested in washing machines a modern FL washer is by far the best washer overall.

I figure this one was built in 09, and it's still going. Can't be too bad.

This washer, and the matching electric dryer, came with a load of appliances I bought from a retailer. So far, I've found no problems with either one.

Thank you Kenny!

Would you mind running a "speed wash" and noting the steps of the cycle?

I haven't let it run all the way through the cycle yet, but the "quick wash" on the Maysung Neppie I brought home, only drains (no spin) between wash & rinse.

Thanks.
