Call Miele and ask what the part costs. If they are willing to sell it to you that is. When a Miele technician has to do the job it might be very costly. On the other hand perhaps it's just a minor thing like a light that doesn't turn off when the salt container is filled. Question the woman why the softener needs to be replaced. It's a tricky situation!

That's the problem - if it's something minor it would be too good to pass. Gentlemen, we're speaking One Hundred Thirty American Dollars. Speaking of a Miele, feels like someone forgot about a zero. |
