Hi Everyone,
I bought a KitchenAid Briva dishwasher recently, I believe from someone who works at whirlpool. I don't think it has ever been used, only stored in a garage. I wanted to test this before hooking up to my plumbing and tearing out my counter.

Anyway, when I plug the washer into an outlet, I am able to push the gfci buttons, but the gfci indicator light does not come on. I have tested the outlet and it is grounded. Additionally, the control panel buttons do not light up or function. Is this a control panel issue? Maybe a fuse problem? Any help is appreciated. The local maytag store is not interested in working on this.

Thank you!
