One of my neighbors had this exact model of Mark 27, though in Avocado. It was installed in the Summer of '72 as part of a full kitchen remodel. She replaced it several years ago with a newer GE 27" drop in with integral controls. She say she misses the hood mounted controls. |

I have been aware of this one on the Atlanta CL for a while now. The seller started out at $100, then $40, now just asking for an offer. There's not a bigger fan of the Mark 27's than moi, but my range is in an island - absolutely no way to make the hood/range connection work. Otherwise I would have already made arrangements for this one. However, the text of this current ad indicates that the range needs some TLC; that's more information than his previous ads stated. Still - a very cool cooking product.
