Free to a good home- this is an older unit but it works so well that I can't bring myself to throw it out. Free to take. Came with a house that I bought and I used it for the past few months until I got mine out of storage. Works perfectly. Unit is electric, not gas. I saw the same model SQ TL at the ReStore this past Saturday. All of the washers around it had price tags, but not the SQ. I didn't bother to inquire. I can't be using a water hog as long as we're still operating with voluntary conservation targets around here.
The controls seemed really flimsy to me. Nothing like the Raytheon Amana we once had. Also, it appears all rinses are cold. No big deal for the deep rinse, but because these machines are so lousy at rinsing, a warm rinse option would at least provide a greater volume of water during the skimpy 15-second spray rinse. |
