I know we all have misses from CL; here's one of a few I missed. Oh well...better luck next life...or closer if possible.

These are early KM Limiteds, the belt drive version. There was no WP BD sourced Elite models. KM Elite did not show up until the late 90's and All of them are WP DD machines, WP Cabrio or Duet (He3-5T) machines and many later ones are High end Samsung or LG sourced machines. These machines are from the early 80's IIRC. Nonetheless an awesome set and one I'd take over any Elite set save for a WP DD sourced one. WK78 |

I find it funny that Sears, a mass retailer, would have something truly "Limited Edition".... |

I think we need Blue Light Special washers in such case... I just find it hilarious that Sears would sell thousands of "limited editions" (like a Ford Ltd and whatnot). |

Sears that we remember as Sears has long ago faded. I don't think it was so peculiar to have a limited edition washer back when Sears was a far different retailer than today. And most people know that limited edition is something that attracts their attention so what's wrong with marketing? There were some features in the washer and dryer that set it apart from others. Well it's good to be amused and I always enjoy reading other people's comments.
