Yall think it might be okay.... ?
even though I would rather have such in a frestanding white door unit. really want a ss top though.
It shouldnt be too hard to do the trim at the bottom part... dont have the backsplah etc since my kitchen had the old Americana unit 30 wide of course.....Hubby is handy but he will prob balk to have to add to the bottom
would have a way to attach to the sides of my cabinets?
Huh yall? thanks

I'd go for it.  Seen a couple here over the years.  Very distinctive.

My neighbor's sister has one just like this. It is original to their house built in the mid 60's.

If the point is just to get rid of the house, and there's already been a decree that no drop-in will be allowed, why are you not just looking at your local CL for a used 30" stove.  It seems that there aren't many stipulations about what will work - just buy something, sell/auction the house, and move on.

At a guess I'd say because there could be a rather lengthy span of time between now and leaving the house.

Just a thought.
