If this was 1970 it could only just have been - this is a Canadian built Moffat so I would guess 30 inches wide. Would love this myself but now is not the time ...

I can recall posting at least one of the previous model before, don't remember one of these. Again Canadian made (the bake element in the oven is a real giveaway) I imagine this is what would be called "apartment size" in USA, although standard size for us

Although branded Electra (Electricity Board showroom exclusive) this cooker mas manufactured by English Electric and in fact was one of their last products. It was one of the first cookers to appear in a range of colours although this one is, of course, white. It would be approximately the same size as the Moffat previously listed

From the early 1970s, this is what we would class an "apartment size" cooker although it is probably only a inch or so narrower than the Moffat above.

Within 10 years of so it had morphed into this - some what more luxurious looking although actually it does not do anything more than the previous model. The oven door is so tall because there is a storage compartment under the oven

Late 1970s again, new if not actually in the original box

This is about 60 years old. It was around this time that Creda experimented with putting the grill (broiler) in the oven. It was not a success - this is quite a basic (aka cheap) model

Lest round out this particular chapter on ranges by coming right up to date to the late 1980s.

I am surprised there has not been more interest in this fridge as this purple stuff always seems to be of interest. I would say mid 1970s or so

The Gaggneau appliances are not original to the kitchen, the originals look like they were Moffat, probably replaced when around 25 years old

Interesting to see how styles change over 5 to 10 years - if the previous kitchen was (very) late 1960s/early 1970s this is mid to end 1970s, possibly creeping into 1980 or so

I am only posting this to highlight a typical cheap and nasty kitchen - self assembly, I am amazed it has actually lasted this long

This was their compact model with drop down door - 1985 would be about right

Probably my favourite of the Mixmasters, the model 10 version is quite rare

I would never had said this was 1977 but it has the receipt to prove it - looks like it was a Christmas present that year

Never seen anything like this before, I would guess at 1930s as it was designed to be earthed (grounded) - two pin plug or no two pin plug
