Hi friends...I need to replace the tracks in my KitchenAid dishwasher. I was able to find them on eBay so that was a lucky find. I'm not sure how to get the job done. Will I need any special tools? I have a picture of the model and serial number and a picture of the piece the tracks connect to. Any advice? I don't want to call a repairman if it isn't necessary.

Askolover, thanks for the video! It is very informative. It turns out I was able to find the parts I need on eBay. I also need an upper rack and I found one on there as well. It turns out that the Kenmore Elite uses the exact same rack and I got it for a pretty good price. I'll just take off the name badge and replace it with the KitchenAid badge. As of right now I am just waiting on everything to arrive. Keep your fingers crossed that it all goes smoothly!
