Insinger has been around for a long time.
They have the U.S. Navy pretty much sewed up for years on dish washers on Navy Ships. My Dad's restaurant had a Roll Top Dishwasher.The Ensign model. It pretty much sucked. It was a 16X16 rack and had stationary Spray Arms. Hobart stated back in the day "The Water must move or the dishes must move." Another words, if it's a door type machine, it should have revolving wash arms. If it is a rack conveyor, the spray arms can be stationary. This machine looks like a Hobart LX series.
