I have an RV-92 fold down range top (two fold-down units for a total of 4 burners) that I'd like to install in my kitchen--I like the built-in look and can always use more counter space. However, I noticed that one 30 inch unit is quite a draw. With a wall oven how did houses back then run all three units (2 RV-92's and a wall oven) on one range circuit. Since what I currently have would go to the wall oven what circuits do I install to run the two RV-92's

Thoughts?

I Assume You Mean FD Fold-Backs

Each two burner should be on its own 15 Amp 240 volt circuit breaker, 20 Amps if it has the Speed Burner for greatest safety, in most areas you can put them on one 30 Amp circuit and in some areas you can put a single wall oven on the same 40 or 50 Amp circuit, but you lose safety as you increase the Amp rating of the fuses or breakers.

Yes, FD Foldbacks

Thanks combo!!!

I see those speed ovens using the 30 amp circuits so it appears that best setup would be the two RV's on a new 30/240 circuit as it doesn't have the speed burner, the ovens can go on the existing range circuit. Since I'm having smaller ovens installed it looks like the speed oven and the regular oven can share the same range circuit since it's a 50 amp and the two ovens have a 45 amp total.
