This a Wells two burner stove top on ebay. I thought it was interesting that it's only 110V and only 15 amps. This could be a fun piece if you like commercial equipment - it could go cheap if nobody bids, and the shipping quote seems really low.

Not sure what I'd do with it though, or what this would be used for given the burners are small.

Its actually 120 volts, this type of CT usually has one element of around 1000 watts and the other is 650 watts, that way you can at least boil a medium sized pot of water, it also could have two equal sized elements of around 850 watts.
