I have a Lady Kenmore dryer model 110.86992800, and I'm looking for the matching washer to go with it.

well the washer is going to be along the same lines, LADY K, the monochromatic years were around 1988 to 1991ish.....

there was usually only one Lady K per year, next up would have been the digital Limited series....

the Lady K will match the dryer button for button.....timer of course, then from the right, water temps, water level, and cycle modifiers....

also the Triple Dispenser would be included....

there may be a light above the timer as well......

Is that Platinum, or white?

No it's almond. That's what the 800 in the model# is.

I've seen a lot of Kenmores from this period at local used appliance dealers, particularly the big ones that operate out of warehouses.  You could maybe find a matching LK washer, or certainly something very close to it, at one of those types of places.  If you were to put up the black panel washer (pictured above) as a trade-in, you could negotiate a reduced price.

this was the next to last mechanical control LK.  The last one looked like this, but had a little light above the timer knob that was turned on/off by little switch next to the light.  This dryer was probably from very late 1980s.  First of the white on white style.
