I'm new to this forum and I appreciate the wealth of info I've already gleaned from you folks. I bought a Kitchenaid KDC-20A in very good condition recently and so far it works better than any dishwasher I've had in the past. I just installed some aftermarket stainless steel panels that I found on Amazon.com, cut to order for about $65 shipped. It now matches the other appliances.

Looks beautiful, and accomplished for considerably less than the cost of OEM stainless panels!
