I'd have to say early to mid-60s.  The timer dial looks like the one on both my '63 drop-door built-in and the '65 Canadian Mobile Maid.  

 

Interesting that the panel mentions 'convertible' - this was likely a 'portable' when it began life.  

 

And the pump type?  Noisy!!   LOL

Ahhhh...

That model had the "engraved" GE logo on the door. My Grandmother got a front load portable in 1966. So that would be my guess.

As I recall it had the power Arm and Power Tower. At the end of the wash arm it had the wide openings as opposed to the first pump spray arm models that had a "normal" size opening.

So I take this has the power clean module setup rather than the classic GE solenoid? And how much water did these use?
